Hello, and Welcome to Systmatik. Thank you for becoming our newest client. This onboarding process will help you set up your new automation platform and teach you how to use it. It is divided into two parts:

1. Pre-onboarding survey: This survey will collect basic information about you and your business, which will be used to set up your new platform.

2. Onboarding calls: There are two calls involved in this process.

The first is a tech call to guide you through the technical setup of the CRM.

On that call, our team will then help you schedule the training session, which covers the most important features of your CRM. These calls will assist you in getting set up with the CRM and learning how to use it on a day-to-day basis.
